Access Problems

• What does it mean if I get a message saying I have been banned from accessing the site?
• If I have been banned, how to I prevent e-mails from being sent out?
• Can this system be used on a corporate intranet?

Account Information

• Is it possible for me to choose my own account number?
• What if my account number spells out something objectionable?

Status Page

• How do I control what information is shown to users on my status page?
• What information is shown on the status page by default?
• Can I customize the appearance of my status page?
• Can I get access statistics to see how many people are viewing my status page?

Messages/Death Notices

• There are no messages availabe to my account. How do I get them?
• How do I set up a death notice message?

Web Page Icons

• All of your icons suck. Are there any other options?
• Would it be possible for me to create and use a custom set of icons?

Other Stuff

• How do I prevent my status degenerating if I cannot access the Internet?
• Would you be willing to send me the source code for this system?
