All of your icons suck. Are there any other options?

Sorry, what you see is what you get. When time or inspiration allows, I'll add more options, hopefully some that are up to your aesthetic standards.

If you're interested in anything specific, drop a note in the Suggestion Box and I'll certainly consider it. Or if you have some artistic talent and would be willing to contribute a set of icons, log into your account and use the "Contact SysOp" feature, and I'll send you some specifications.

Would it be possible for me to create and use a custom set of icons?

Yes and no.

Yes .. in that I'll be glad to entertain (but not necssarily grant) the notion of adding a set of icons that you create to the site. Log into your account and use the "Contact SysOp" feature, and I'll send you some specifications.

But no ... in that the icons will not be exclusively yours - they'll be available to all the other users as well. I may be able to implement a solution later, but it's really not at the top of my list.

In theory, it may be possible for you to do some sort of nifty trick with JavaScript or somesuch to swap out my iamges for a set of your own, but I don't have the first idea how to go about that. If you discover a way. let me know and I'll add it to this FAQ.
